Beautiful hotel in a nice and marvellous location in a lovely area, appreciated this place. The staff were really kind and kind. The room was clean and brilliant and with nice window view towards the trees. The breakfast was great, all meals were good. Location: the property was near the garden, both the city center and the vineyards down south, and a real "castle ". I was surprised at nearby August Deli, they had some goodies, drinks. The whole experience was FANTASTIC.
Wi-Fi was pretty slow, made me a little nervous.

Location so close to the airport and harbour, Constantia and places towards Cape Point and center. For tea or coffee visit Banana Jam Cafe nearby...

The room was beautifully decorated and very well furnished and had a coffee maker, a fridge, and glassware. And it was facing garden. The location was peaceful in a lovely area. Tried some takeout specials at The Village Bicycle, luckily it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

I absolutely loved the beautiful Victorian house at Victoria House. The decoration was charming and reminded me of my own childhood home. The general areas were spacious and comfortable, especially the shared lounge area where I could relax and chat with other guests. As a senior person, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The children working there were always ready to assist me and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
I would have asked for better lighting in the guestrooms. A brighter and well-lit room would have made my vacation even more enjoyable as a senior woman.

We recently stayed at Victoria House for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The Garden room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and lovely garden views. The owner, Corinne, and her staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location in a leafy neighborhood was perfect, just a short walk to local restaurants. The house itself is a stunning renovated Victorian mansion, with spacious reception rooms and a beautiful garden. Breakfasts were generous and delicious, with a wide selection of options. We can't wait to come back!
Recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a historical house. The location was perfect, situated in a very inviting garden and within walking distance of nice restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with double doors leading to a private patio. The Victorian bathroom added a touch of luxury. The hosts were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast was delicious and the service impeccable. We also enjoyed lounging by the pool and taking in the beautiful surroundings.
Walking at night in the area didn't feel safe.
